Almost 3 months...

Hello..salam..wahalmost three months I never write anything in this blog...heheehe..busy katanya!!!!  Well..I'ts true..during these period, I was busy with my assignment, presentation, class, family and my preliminary data.  So, I just concentrated on my work first..and this blog is empty without any news...Hehehehe..just now I'm read one of my friends blog..I'm quite shock about his status. But I think there is something good about it..ok..ok..don't want to talk more about it...so let me say something about me...

Now I'm in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia..home sweet home..holiday from 9th December 2009 till 25th January 2010.  About two more weeks to go before I'm going back to Sydney..and be a student again.  Hehehe..well..I'm enjoy during my holiday...even though I need to 'pulun' my litersture review assignment...hehehehe..but it is ok because it is a part of my job as a student right...hehehe.

Ok..there is something good about Malaysia.  Only those who stay outside Malaysia for a longer time know what is the best of Malaysia.  For me, Malaysia is a beautiful country and have a good environment to stay except for their public transport...hehehe..need to improve a lots..but others..yes..Malaysia have it..cheaper brand products, nice food and  lots of a good thing you can get here..thats why I love Malaysia..But I don't like one thing about my country..political issues that never stop since PRU 12..please..don't make our country look bad..People outside there will laugh at us and they will try to 'menangguk di air keruh' if they have opportunity..so as Malaysian, pleasee....take care of our country as we take care of our family..remember..without Malaysia..who we are???

Raya Time...Part 1

Yes..20th of September 2009=1 syawal1430H..It is Eid Mubarak or Hari Raya Aidilfitri here..well..this time we celebrate Hari Raya in Sydney.  The first time in our life, we celebrate it without our relatives..only us.  So, in early morning..aroud 5.30am, we wake up, getting bath and get ready to go to Pak Syeikh house.  He want to send us to Malaysia Hall for Solat Raya. Firstly, breakfast time.  Only nasi impit and beef rendang plus hot milo...ok what, at least got rendang..Homemade lagi...

 Then, around 7am, going to Pak Syeikh house, near Anzac Parade, Kingsford.  Quite near with our house.  So here we are, waiting for Pak Syeikh before go to Malaysia Hall. 

Hehehe..just Najmi...where am I?  Here it is....

 

Terpaksa tumpang orang..huhuhu..why..because of this ....

Yess...it's SPRING!!!

Today..when I'm awake this morning..it's seem unusual...hmmm...why...suddenly I realize it was not cold anymore..cool right?  Yeah..it is SPRING TIME...well, thank god for give us this cool weather..and this week is last week of Ramadan. 

I'm sure my family and friends in Malaysia are busy with Eid' Fitr preparation.  Hopefully they are enjoy this eid fitr, just wanna wish "Salam Aidil Fitri, Maaf Zahir dan Batin"

 This week is 8th week of Second Semester in UNSW..and next week is Gossip Geek. It was a CSE Revue 2009, a sketch comedy show by the students here..wanna see it...of course you need to come here and pay $10 for the show...The promotion is quite interesting, the students will stand together and claps their hand for us, then distribute the card..and also invite us politely to this show..what the good promotion..

Some of them promote this event by using their own creativity, jot down a notes at the floor using a colourful chalk, and explain everything in interesting mode..so, for my students in Malaysia..why don't you do like this for any events and student programs?  No need a lots of money, but cooperation among the committee member of the program is need, and also the cooperation of the program members...c'mon.. I know all of you can do this rite???

Raya datang lagi!!!!!

Well.....Dalam tak sedar lagi 2 minggu hari raya aidilfitri kembali lagi...bermakna lagi 2 minggu la puasa nak tamat.  Hmm..sedih, gembira...macam-macam ada la.  First time beraya di perantauan, macam ni la kot perasaannya.  Cuma kali ini raya disambut sekadar pergi solat raya di Malaysia Hall dan celebrate raya kat sana..

Pastu amik gambar..hehehe..kalau ada member2 buat open house, pi la..kalau tak..duk umah, lepak kat umah.  Teringin sesangat nak makan biskut tat, semperit dan biskut almond london.  Yang pasti orang rumah dah tanya kat Aussie ni ada lemang tak ngan ketupat?   Huhuhu...susah den nak jawab tuh..tapi yang pasti Malaysia Hall mesti ada punya kan..

Oh yer, zakat fitrah pun dah bayar dah semalam...online jerk...betapa canggihnya online banking la nih..dan lagi, akalu sempat nak la poskan kad raya untuk rakan2 di Malaysia..juga untuk kaum kerabat kat Malaysia.  Tapi online kad jer la kan.  So far la kan..masih belum dapat apa2 ucapan raya nih...ntah2 masing2 sibuk dengan persiapan raya sampai lupa ngan aku kat sini kot...huhuhuhu...sedey...

Tapi dalam hati ni, teringin sesangat makan rendang dan lemang, ketupat ngan masak lodeh...biskut tart dan semperit...tak per...sabar jer la kan...

 

Dream of Reality????

Is it true a dream can be reality????  Most people say it just a sleepy game..how about you? Hmmmm..for me it is depends on the situation lorrr...But there is something i need to share with you guys...This thing may be a dream for me, but it is reality for others people out there..

Firstly, after my graduation from my degree, I never been dream to be a lecturer, and from my first day of my study, I only want to be a white collar worker to help my family...but, that is Rezeki from Allah s.w.t, give me opportunity to be in this profession...

Secondly, I never dream to pursue my study at over the sea (Australia), and thanks to Allah s.w.t again, He give me an opportunity to be here..and lastly..I never dream to be an academician, to teach my ANAK BANGSA with the new knowledge, new skills and new perception towards their future life.,..thanks to Allah s.w.t. again..and again for give me these...

It is only a little bit of my life...a dream that became reality....

Wah...sedar tak sedar dah 2 bulan aku kat Sydney, Australia. Tak sangka, dari musim winter aku datang sini, dah masuk spring..tak lama lagi summer lak. Tapi hari ni dah masuk hari ke 17 puasa, tak lama lagi nak raya. Heheehe..kalau kat Malaysia, mesti aku ngn wife busy beli persiapan raya..esspecially untuk si manja kami. Muhammad Shazri Najmi ..hehhee..dah nak masuk 1 tahun 5 bulan dah dia...Tengah lasak dan nakal..dan yang penting, dah pandai merajuk, melawan dan macam2 la...

Well, first time I came here, it was nice and easy situation. Firstly, I got a house to rent, near with my uni. Secondly, the registration didn't have any problem for me. I met with my supervisor and she asked me to take her subject with others compulsory subjects. It quite good at the first stage, bersemangat jugak la kan..Then, starting the semester, I start my class..and my project. My project...yeah, of course the data from Malaysia. So I need to manipulate my data..firstly, it was at a good start..then on the day two, I found there something is not correct with my data...third day..fourth day....and fifth day...more error in my data...waaaaaaaaa!!!!!! the stress start developed in my mind...oh god...my data was nothing..there was not a complete data for me to analyze.

Well, I need to do something. I ask Asma (ex-R.A) for this research, ask her about the data..there is it..yeah...she just analyzed what Dr. Sharifah told her. Well, I asked her if anybody at her faculty would like to analyze the data for me? Then, thanks god, someone is willing to do it for me..with some payment. I don't bother about it as long as I get a new data... A lots of thing need to be done for last month..

Then in second month, I start to do another analysis while waiting my new data. Then, I'm realize that my another part of questionnaire is not complete. What should I do, another stress developed in my mind again..finally, I met my supervisor and discuss with her..Well, she asked my to tabulate a data form one part of my questionnaire and compare it with the data. But the problem is my questionnaires still in Malaysia..so..I asked Kak Umi to post it for me..and till now, I'm waiting my parcel from Malaysia..so..what I'm doing right now, just reading..reading..and reading..searching for journals..and...arggghh..I'm totally stressed out...whatshould I do..sometimes I give up with this PhD..

Finally, at one beautiful day, about 2 weeks ago, I have booked a return ticket for whole family going back to Malaysia this December 2009. Yeahhh...I'm on a holiday for almost two months. Hopefully I can re-energize my spirit to do my PhD at UNSW...may Allah bless me...
